Who am I?
It's Halloween - I wrestle with my new TV
I lose my grip slide to my knees
And just a block away
The parade is on its way
How am I to know that soon enough I will be whole?
The Halloween parade it seems
The whitest ghost is me
And I don't have a shirt that shows my bones
Two blocks from home - one block north of celebration
It's not my home - it's not my celebration
It's not even Halloween....
Those happy saints
Those laughing sinners pass me by
The bones they shake
Shake out the vapors from me
Those happy saints
I don't like being me today
But mostly it will be okay
Except I'm dragging way too much
To make it home this way
And I forgot it's the parade
How am I to know that soon enough I will be whole?
Two blocks from home - one block north of celebration
It's not my home - it's not my celebration
It's not even Halloween....
Those happy saints
Those laughing sinners pass me by
The bones they shake
Shake out the vapors from me
Those happy saints
Those laughing sinners pass me by
The bones they shake
Shake out the vapors from me
Those happy saints
Those laughing sinners pass me by
The bones they shake
Shake out the vapors from me
Those happy saints
It's not even Halloween....
It's not even Halloween....
It's not even Halloween....
